Ozark Brands was established in 2019 as a privately-owned consumer packaged goods company with a focus on home goods that are Made in the USA on its campus in America’s Heartland.
Ozark Brands acquired McCall’s Country Canning in August of 2019. McCall’s Candles has been making candles, melts, and diffusers since 1998. This rustic farmhouse design is distributed across the USA and internationally. Candle manufacturing has expanded into private label and 2 additional brands, Annabel Lee Candles, and Krackle Candles. Each brand has a unique target consumer and a specific channel distribution strategy.
In June of 2020, Ozark Brands acquired Heartland Fragrance, a manufacturer of bath salts and soaps. This St. Louis based company was established in 1983 and has been relocated to Tipton, MO for synergies of resources and centralized distribution. This acquisition also included several brands in addition to Heartland Fragrances with distribution into all the major home goods chains. These nationally distributed brand names include Elea Springs, Bath in Progress, and Love Notes.
Ozark Brands has aggressive growth plans for additional acquisition in the home goods space, co-packing and private labeling product opportunities, gaining additional market share of existing brands, and growing organically with the launch of newly created brands to fill market gaps.
